The Perrie Georges Rouseau Chapter held its annual Lexington and Concord commemorative dinner meeting in Mandeville, La. Special guest included the recently elected Louisiana Society President Steve Kubicek. He presented chapter Secretary Treasurer, Paul Guidry, with the Henry Knox award for sustained superior contributions to the chapter.
Two new members were inducted and received their certificates of membership.

This year the LASSAR Enhanced JROTC Program award goes to Cadet Brodie McKeithen from the Panther Battalion of Northshore High School in Slidell. Presenting is Chapter JROTC Chairman, Rodney McKelroy and Brodie’s parents, Traci McKeithen and Guy Pennison. Brodie was selected as the state winner and received the Silver Medal along with $1000.00 scholarship check.
