Tony "Bo" Vets II spoke about how Cato's Letters and other publications influenced the writers of the U.S. Constitution. Chapter President Gervais Compton III presented Vets with a Certificate of Appreciation for his talk. Jim Smilie was inducted into the SAR by President Compton and Charles Neal, Smilie's first-line sponsor. Lawrence Norlander was presented with the SAR War Service Medal.
