Compatriot Charles Riddle III was recognized for his contributions to the chapter with a Certificate of Appreciation, presented by Chapter President Darrell Poole, PhD. Riddle delivered an engaging and thought‑provoking presentation titled “We made 250 Years. Can we make 251?” which encouraged members to reflect on the endurance of the American experiment and the responsibilities of citizenship in safeguarding its future.

The chapter also honored excellence in public service as Warden Eric Silas of the Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office received the Law Enforcement Commendation Medal. The award was presented in the presence of Avoyelles Parish Sheriff David Dauzat, who joined Warden Silas and President Poole for the ceremony. Their participation underscored the chapter’s ongoing commitment to recognizing outstanding dedication within the law‑enforcement community.
